In the evening after the kids are asleep I like to peruse the internet for fun articles and finds whether it be recipes, fashion or design. This recipe. I made it the other night for friends and it was a hit. There was not a bite left. Karen made a fresh salad with orange, green onions, avocado and cucumber to balance the richness.
