Amanda, I made the best smoothie ever this morning. It was a random combination of things we had in the kitchen including some healthy things I could hide from my kids.

It was delicious. Just delicious. And I felt really good after I ate it.

I'm trying really hard to get back on track over here. I'm running more, and that fabulous class that we go to on Mondays is kicking my butt in all the right ways. Chris is pretty regimented about having a smoothie in the morning but i've always been attached to my cereal - yep, I love my carbs. But this smoothie might just turn things around for me.

My favourite Smoothie recipe

vanilla greek yogurt

almond milk

half a peach

handful of blueberries

10 spinach leaves

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

BLEND!
