Amanda,

I know this is not a new discovery for some, but it's new to me so I have to share.

My kids love popcorn and a friend of mine told me that she pops her kernels in a brown paper bag in the microwave. Amazing! Then you can toss it with whatever your heart desires and their are no pots to clean and no chemical butter to consume. So I've been doing that for a while but switched up the usual today by using a more decadent dressing...

Parmesan rosemary and Olive oil Popcorn

1. 1/4 cup of kernels in a paper bag in the microwave on high until the pops are a second apart.

2. Put fresh popped corn in a big bowl so it's easy to toss.

3. Drizzle olive oil, shredded parmesan and chopped fresh rosemary over popcorn. Use your discretion - everyone has different preferences - start with a little of each.

4. Season with sea salt.

YUMMY!
